“We wrapped up a year of Farm Fresh Friday lunches with Chef Carole’s famous Bison Rocks! These tasty buns were filled with bison from Montrail bison as well as kale and butternut squash grown by Farm to School. Can you tell by the look on the faces of these students that the meal was a hit??
