Chickpea Salad in Park County

Our chickpea taste test was a hit! We served a mock chicken salad made with chickpeas instead of chicken. Lots of students and teachers loved this one. Hudson, a kindergarten student said “This is bustin’ bustin'” and Cy, a fourth grader, said “This is better than pizza!” We do cafeteria taste tests for two reasons:
